Directions when traveling...

IH-35 Southbound

Option 1: Before you reach Georgetown, take the TX-130 toll road south about 25 miles and exit Highway 290/Austin/Houston. Take a right toward Austin and then take an immediate left at the light on Decker Lane/FM 3177. Go about 4 miles south and turn right at Canoga Avenue.

Option 2: Take Hwy 290 East toward Houston (Exit 238B). Go approximately 6.5 miles and turn right onto Decker Lane/FM 3177. Go approximately 4 miles and turn right at Canoga Avenue.

IH-35 Northbound

Take Exit #230 Hwy 71/East Ben White Blvd to Hwy 183 northbound. Travel north to the FM969/MLK Blvd exit and turn right at the light. Travel eastbound to Decker Lane/FM 3177 and turn left at the light. Go approximately 1/2 mile and turn left at Canoga Avenue.

Hwy 290 Westbound

On the west side of Manor, you will pass through the intersection of Hwy 290 and the TX-130/45 toll road. Take the first left onto Decker Lane/FM 3177. Travel south for approximately 4 miles and turn right at Canoga Avenue.

Hwy 71 Westbound

Option 1: Take the TX-130/45 toll road north and exit FM969. Turn left at the light and go about 2.5 miles. Turn right at the light on Decker Lane/FM 3177. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left at Canoga Avenue.

Option 2: After passing the TX-130/45 and before reaching the airport, turn right onto FM 973 toward Manor. Turn left on FM 969 and then turn right on Decker Lane/FM 3177. At approximately 1/2 mile, turn left at Canoga Avenue.
